I work with a network of trusted suppliers from around the globe and I would be delighted to help you find your next dream handbag.
I charge a £100 sourcing fee that is payable upfront once I have confirmed that your sourcing request is achievable within your budget.
I will only take on a request if I am confident I can find your bag within your budget. If, for any reason, I can't find your bag, the sourcing fee will be refunded.
Once I have found your bag, the £100 sourcing fee is deductible from the cost of the bag. If I find your bag and you decide not to go ahead with the purchase, the sourcing fee is non-refundable.
Please note that sourced bags are non-refundable or exchangeable as they've been sourced specifically for you.
The sourcing process
1. You get in touch with your request
2. I confirm whether the bag is achievable or not within your budget
3. Once confirmed, you pay me the £100 sourcing fee
4. I start looking for your chosen bag
5. One I’ve found the bag, you confirm whether you’d like to go ahead or not. Please try to get back to me as soon as possible (same day ideally) as sourced bags are not reserved until full payment is received. Until then, they’re available for other resellers to buy.
6. Once you’ve confirmed that you want the bag, I will create a listing for the bag on my website, where you will need to make payment in full. I can also take payment via a transfer to my business bank account.
7. Once confirmed, my supplier will ship the bag to me within 7 days. Once shipped, it'll take 3-4 days to reach me. Then I will inspect the bag, authenticate it through a third party and ship it to you (1-5 days depending on your location). All bags come with an Entrupy certificate and are covered by the authenticity guarantee.
Please expect the entire process to take 1-2 weeks once your bag has been paid for.
