No matter how rare your sourcing request is, I can help!

I work with a network of trusted suppliers from around the globe and I would be delighted to help you find your next dream handbag.

I will only take on a request if I am confident I can find your bag within your budget. 

Please note that sourced bags are non-refundable or exchangeable as they've been sourced specifically for you.

The sourcing process

1. You get in touch with your request
2. I confirm whether the bag is achievable or not within your budget
3. I start looking for your chosen bag
4. One I’ve found the bag, I will email over photos and condition details. Please try to get back to me as soon as possible (same day ideally) as sourced bags are not reserved until full payment is received. Until then, they’re available for other resellers to buy. 
5. Once you’ve confirmed that you want the bag, I will require payment in full. Payment is via bank transfer to my business bank account. If you would prefer to make the payment online via the website, +3% in card processing fees will be applied.
6. Once confirmed, my supplier will ship the bag to me. I usually receive it in around 5-10 working days however occasionally there might be slight delays. Rest assured I will keep you updated throughout this process. Once received I will let you know and I will inspect the bag, authenticate it through Entrupy and ship it to you using DHL.
7. All bags come with an Entrupy certificate and are covered by the authenticity guarantee. 

Please expect the entire process to take 1-3 weeks once your bag has been paid for.
