What's your authenticity guarantee?

Every bag has been meticulously authenticated in-house and comes with a free certificate of authenticity. 

The Cherry-Picked authenticity guarantee is a promise to refund you in full in the extremely unlikely event that a bag that is sold is not authentic. 

I just bought a bag. How long until it's shipped?

I aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of your order being placed. All UK orders include tracked, insured and signed for delivery. They will either be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Fedex. 

Will I need to be in to sign for my parcel?

Yes. Please make sure that you are at home to receive and sign for your delivery. Both Royal Mail and Fedex will not be able to leave your parcel in a safe place due to the value.

Please note that for security purposes, parcels shipped using Fedex can ONLY be signed for by the person who placed the order.

What is your returns policy?

In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will accept returns within 7 days of delivery.  Please email hello@cherrypickeddesigner.com to let us know you'd like to return your order and we will send you our return instructions.

Return postage is paid for by the buyer. It is your responsibility to ensure the bag arrives back to us safely using a tracked and insured shipping provider as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. 

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be refunded within 3 days.

Cherry-Picked reserves the right to refuse a refund if we believe the bag has been used or damaged whilst in your possession. All returns must include the bag and, if applicable, any additional items it was sold with such as tags, dust bags and boxes.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! Simply add your dream bag to cart to see the insured shipping rates. Please be aware that the prices do not include duties and customs payments.

Any parcels that are returned due to non-payment of customs fees will be subject to a £50 administrative charge. If Fedex charges Cherry-Picked the customs fees, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
