What's your authenticity guarantee?

Every bag we sell has gone through a stringent two-step authentication process so you can be assured of its quality and authenticity.

Firstly, it's been meticulously authenticated in-house. Secondly, all bags go through third-party authentication and come with a certificate of authenticity from Entrupy, which is included, for free, with every order.

The Cherry-Picked lifetime authenticity guarantee is a promise to refund you in full in the extremely unlikely event that a bag sold is not authentic. 

I just bought a bag. How long until it's shipped?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed. All UK orders include free tracked next-day delivery. Parcels will either be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL.

Will I need to be in to sign for my parcel?

Yes. Please make sure that you are at home to receive and sign for your delivery. Both Royal Mail and DHL will not be able to leave your parcel in a safe place due to the value. All parcels will need an adult signature.

Please note, we take extensive photos and videos of our bags during the packaging and shipping stages to protect ourselves from fraud.

What is your returns policy?

As a small business selling preloved handbags, we are unable to offer returns. All bags are sold as seen. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We work hard to list all of our bags accurately, including any flaws or signs of wear.

We want you to be 100% happy with your bag and are always available to answer any questions or take any additional photos or videos prior to purchasing. Just get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help.

In accordance with UK consumer law, your statutory rights are unaffected.

We do not accept returns for international orders.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We offer free, fast worldwide shipping for all customers using DHL. Please be aware that the prices do not include duties and customs payments.

Any parcels that are returned due to non-payment of customs fees will be subject to a £50 administrative charge. If DHL charges Cherry-Picked the customs fees, this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
